Combining lots of life experiences to get to this place.

I was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, just a few miles up the road from Denver.
I graduated with honors from The University of Colorado in Boulder with a degree is Political Science/Pre-Law. I was hired directly out of school by United State Senator Ben Nighthorse Cambell. I worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. and in his southern Colorado district office until law school called. I went on to get my Juris Doctorate from Northwestern School of Law. Following law school and being admitted to practice law in Colorado, I joined the law firm of Robinson Scheurer PC, focusing on land use and real estate law. In 2004, I got my real estate license to help with transactional work at my law firm, and started brokering real estate a short time later. I enjoyed it so much, I joined ReMax Cherry Creek as a shareholder in 2006. While with ReMax, I was recognized multiple times for outstanding production.

In 2010, I started Veritas Real Estate LLC to further my vision of delivering a better customer experience without the constraints imposed by large corporate interests. Veritas exists today, nearly 10 years later, as a boutique real estate investment firm, helping our individual clients accomplish their real estate goals and objectives. We started a property management arm of Veritas to manage our investment portfolio, and to help serve our clients that own rental investment properties.

My interests almost exclusively revolve around endurance sports. I’ve run over 20 marathons, and 17 Ironman Triathlons, beside countless 10K road races and smaller triathlons, and trail races. I’ve qualified for the Boston Marathon multiple times, and competed in the Ironman World Championships 70.3. On the crazier side of the sport, I ran in a relay race across America, specifically running from Omaha, Nebraska to Cleveland, Ohio, and paced friends through the back half of the Leadville 100 mile Trail Race. I’m professionally coached and train with an elite team of triathletes. I’m also a huge lacrosse fan, and enjoy watching my son play club and high school lacrosse. He will play Division 1 lacrosse for Villanova after he graduates high school in 2024.

Our family lives in Central Denver.
